Customer Reminders

Customer reminders can be sent out via email and/or SMS at a specified time interval.

You can set a default time for these reminders on the Shop Information page but this can be overridden on the Water Test Recommendations page for specific water tests.

These settings can be overridden on individual Water Test pages

Emails will look something like this and will contain any advertising you have set up on the Shop Information page.
