Purchasing SMS Packages

1. SMS bundles can be purchased for any denomination, including setting custom amounts (image 1)

2. They can be purchased using a saved card (image 2)

3. They can be purchased using a new card. This card can be saved for use next time and will replace the currently saved card on the License page (image 3)

4. The record of the purchase is successfully displayed on the License page (image 4)

5. An email is successfully sent that shows the purchase details (image 5)

6. The tally of purchased SMS is accurately updated in the Main Menu (image 6)

EXTRA INFORMATION

What happens if you send a text and don’t have enough credit?

It should pop-up an alert message and doesn’t send.

However, for SMS Reminders, it just doesn’t send because it happens in the back end
