Click on the Salt Chlorinators link in the Advanced Menu
Click on the New Chlorinator link to Create a New Salt Chlorinator
Enter Sequence, Name, Ranges for Salt, Salinity or TDS and add a Description and Save
When creating or editing a Structure, you can choose any Salt Chlorinator that is set up on the Salt Chlorinators page
Once saved, it will appear in the Structure description
