User Roles
Each user is assigned a Role. Different Roles have different permissions in BufferZone.
A Role can be:

Job Type
Every Job has a Job Type to aid in reporting and accounting. A Shop can create as many different Job Types as they require. Common Job Types include:

Regular Clean

One-off Clean

One-off Technical

Test and balance only

Repair

These can be created, edited or deleted on the Job Types page.
