Using the Dashboard - Pool Shop Version
Pool Shop Version Dashboard:
Water Test Button on the Pool Shop Version Dashboard.
This clicks through to a simple form where:
a new customer can be entered in directly or existing customers can be searched for
structure details can be added
a quick water test can be performed
This provides a more streamlined process than the full form provided in the Essential version. (There are many fields used for a service client that are not necessarily needed for a pool owner)
The form consists of 3 sections:
Customer Information
Customer Search or for existing customers:
Contact Name (Mandatory)
Mobile (multiple numbers can be entered if needed e.g Home: 029876543; Work: 029123456; Mobile: 049999999)
Email
Street Address
Suburb/Town
State
Postcode/Zip
Structure
Type (Pool, Spa, Pool & Spa, Water Feature)
Wall Finish
Location or Type (Outdoor, Outdoor (Above ground), Outdoor (In ground), Indoor, Commercial
Sanitiser Method (Salt, Chlorine etc) - Depending on Sanitiser Method, options for Salt Chlorinator/Sanitiser etc

There is a “clear customer information” button provided to enter a new customer if necessary.
